Use this form to request deletion of specific TrustDigest AI data. If you opened this page from the app, the request includes a verified token and cache-backed data can be processed mostly automatically. If you opened it directly in a browser, verification is required before provider-linked or third-party records are deleted.

Important: Data deletion is not the same as account deletion. Use the account deletion form if you want your TrustDigest account and all related server-side account information deleted.

Cache-backed TrustDigest account state is the only category that can be processed automatically by this API. Other selected categories are logged with exact manual follow-up tasks for third-party or non-cache systems.

I understand what can and cannot be deleted automatically, including quota retention until the end of the day and local app data remaining on my device.

What can be deleted automatically

Redis/cache-backed account state that can be safely identified from your verified account token.

What is retained or not controlled by this form

Subscription-linked records, including backend premium status and RevenueCat customer records, are retained until the end of the current subscription period so paid access and billing records remain consistent.
Daily quota counters are retained until the end of the day to prevent quota abuse.
Active subscriptions are not cancelled or deleted by this form. Manage cancellation in Google Play or Apple subscriptions. Subscription data deletion is handled after the paid period ends.
Saved articles, RSS feed URLs, summaries, verifications, collections, and preferences stored locally on your device are not deleted by this server request. Delete them in the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
AdMob/Google advertising data is controlled by Google. TrustDigest does not store your advertising ID, so this form cannot automatically identify and delete Google-controlled ad data. Google provides privacy and ads controls for that data; publisher-side deletion is only available for specific identifiers and processes.
Cached article summaries/verifications are keyed by article URL, not account, and may remain until cache expiration because they are not user-profile records.

For account security, we may require additional verification before deleting records that cannot be matched from this form alone.
